Employment

  • Employment Discrimination: counsel relating to potential employment discrimination, including on the basis of age, disability, gender, pregnancy, race/color, national origin, or religion
  • Harassment: counsel relating to potential sexual harassment or racial/ethnic harassment
  • Retaliation/Whistleblowing: counsel relating to potential claims of retaliation for engaging in certain protected activity
  • Leaves of Absence/Accommodations: counsel relating to accommodating disabilities and leaves of absence pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and other state laws relating to the same
  • Employment Agreements: draft and review employment agreements, including stand-alone agreements or clauses involving non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and non-competition
